CRM implementation – Microsoft Dynamics

As part of a project with the Hautes Ecoles Spécialisés de Friborg (HES-SO FR), Brandfinity implemented the Microsoft Dynamics CRM as well as the Marketing Automation module of the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights Suite.

The Fribourg University of Applied Sciences first set up a pilot with the Haute École de Gestion, before rolling out the solution to the other HES-SO FR schools.

In this context, Brandfinity has implemented a CRM solution adapted to the world of education including the following key functionalities:

Marketing Automation implementation

Brandfinity also implemented the Marketing Automation module and certain flows in Power Automate with the following objectives:

  • Automated customer journeys for recruitment for EMBA & MSC BA programs
  • Contact capture forms, info session registrations and associated email flows
  • Setting up preference center and double opt-in to comply with the new data protection law
  • Course registration confirmation flow, reminders, sending participant list to trainers

360 degree view

This project aims to create a 360-degree view of the relationships that different schools maintain with prospects & students, as well as the economic fabric, but also to enable the evolution of student recruitment models by digitalizing the process.
