Sommet Education had previously been using salesforce sales cloud and service cloud but wanted to leverage social channels for lead generation. We subsequently utilised social studio as a social media management, listening and lead generation solution.

Brandfinity  helped Sommet Education to define workflows of publication and moderation, listening topics and user rights managements for four institutions around the world. It connected 20 social media accounts and built the workflows within social studio. As a lead generation initiative Brandfinity also managed the connection of salesforce social studio to salesforce service cloud to enable the automated creation of cases based on social media messages on various social media platforms.
