Les Manufactures — Le Relais Foundation

Objective

Brandfinity supported Fondation Le Relais in the digital development of Les Manufactures, a meaningful project designed to give greater visibility to the work carried out within the foundation’s workshops.
The objective was clear: to showcase the skills and know-how of the people supported by Fondation Le Relais, to present the different workshops in a clear and engaging way, and to enable the sale of products through an online platform.

Les Manufactures brings together a wide range of workshops and activities, including painting, carpentry, bicycles, gastronomy, technology, catering, food truck services and other creative and professional fields. These activities are carried out by people going through a period of difficulty, transition or professional reintegration.

Mission

Brandfinity’s mission was to build a complete digital ecosystem capable of supporting this social mission while giving the team more structure, visibility and autonomy.

A global approach – digital marketing

Brandfinity supported Fondation Le Relais in the creation and structuring of the Les Manufactures project, with a comprehensive approach combining brand strategy, visual identity, digital architecture, CRM, marketing automation, and team support.

The project began with three workshops aimed at clarifying the needs, objectives, target audiences, workshops, as well as the products and services to be highlighted.

This work made it possible to define the positioning of the Les Manufactures brand, create the brand name, and develop an identity aligned with the DNA of Fondation Le Relais, while designing distinct visual universes for each workshop.

This phase also helped structure the website architecture and take into account the specific characteristics, needs, and preferences of each workshop.

The workshops concerned – the digital goal

The workshops involved include painting, carpentry, bicycles, gastronomy, technology, catering, food truck services, and other activities related to the project. The objective was to present each workshop in a clear, attractive, and recognisable way while maintaining overall consistency.

Brandfinity also worked on the project roadmap, corporate colours, website structure, content mapping, product portfolio, and personas. This strategic phase served as the foundation for the development of the website, which was designed to meet the client’s specific needs.

Technical implementation and training

The technical implementation included hosting, CMS installation, e-commerce configuration, event management, the required plugins, and the creation of page templates. The team was also supported so that it could reuse the templates and continue managing the content independently.

A CRM and marketing automation solution

A CRM and marketing automation solution was also implemented to manage customer enquiries and contacts associated with Fondation Le Relais, with a dedicated structure for the different workshops. An email template and a two-email automated workflow were set up, together with dedicated training.

Social media account creation / content plan

Brandfinity also supported the research and creation of social media accounts, as well as the definition of a six-month content strategy and plan.

Optimization work

Finally, the maintenance of the website has been ensured, including technical optimization work, including the lightening of the weight of the videos in order to improve the site’s response speed and facilitate backups.

This project illustrates a comprehensive approach: starting from positioning and branding, building a strong digital presence, integrating the right CRM and marketing automation tools, and then supporting the team so that they can manage the suite independently.
