About

Harley-Davidson Fribourg, located in Rossens, and Harley-Davidson Neuchâtel – Trimoto, located in Cortaillod, are two official Harley-Davidson dealerships in French-speaking Switzerland. They support motorcycle enthusiasts with the purchase of new and pre-owned bikes, equipment, accessories, maintenance services and the distinctive Harley-Davidson lifestyle universe.

Project Objective

The objective of the project was to ensure a regular, coherent and professional presence across the social media platforms of both dealerships, in order to strengthen their local visibility, support their commercial communication and promote the Harley-Davidson universe among their respective communities.

The project also aimed to adapt each piece of content to the formats and usage of each platform, while respecting Harley-Davidson’s brand guidelines and maintaining a consistent visual and editorial line across both dealerships.

Work Delivered by Brandfinity

Brandfinity supported Harley-Davidson Fribourg and Harley-Davidson Neuchâtel with the development of the media plan, the creation of visuals, the adaptation of content and the publication of organic posts on social media.

For each piece of content, one main post was adapted for the following three platforms:

  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • Google Business Profile, with a variable format depending on the topic.

The mandate covered the creation and publication of 26 posts per dealership, over the period from May to the end of September 2025.

The content highlighted the brand universe, the dealerships, motorcycles, events, services, as well as the sale of merchandise and accessories. The base visuals came from the Harley-Davidson Brand Centre, complemented by creative adaptations and visuals produced by Brandfinity.

Part of the corporate content was adapted for both dealerships to ensure brand consistency. In addition, Brandfinity developed dealership-specific content to highlight local news, offers, events and the unique characteristics of the Fribourg and Neuchâtel locations.

Results and Project Impact

This project helped structure the social media communication of both dealerships over several months, ensuring a regular, professional presence adapted to each platform.

Thanks to a coherent media plan, Harley-Davidson Fribourg and Harley-Davidson Neuchâtel benefited from greater continuity in their digital communication, a more consistant and branded presentation of their offers as well as a stronger presence within their local communities.

The content also supported commercial messages, dealership news and the Harley-Davidson lifestyle image, while taking into account the specific characteristics of both locations.
