WP – Multi Site

We migrated Swiss Marketing Association’s online presence from a single website to a multi-site solution (Word Press), enabling each regional club to have its own dedicated pages with their own access, while maintaining a consistent identity in one domain. To support this, we designed and developed a website page template tailored to Swiss marketing association’s brand and needs.

Event Calendar – Integration

Events are at the heart of Swiss marketing association’s community. We implemented a central event calendar on global website – EventON calendar on WordPress website with the paid and free ticketing options. Additionally, Brandfinity implemented this function on every club’s page connected to Ticketino to ensure that Local club’s event appears on their own page.

Thanks to this real-time integration, every event created or updated in Ticketino is automatically synchronised and displayed online — reducing manual work and ensuring seamless visibility.

CRM implementation and Automation

Brandfinity suggested and adapted a CRM softaware specifically for association’s needs, including:

• Automated synchronisation of event data with the CRM.
• Smart automations to minimise repetitive administrative tasks.
• Creation of newsletter templates and an opt-in preference centre that complies with Swiss data protection regulations.

Together, these solutions provided Swiss Marketing Association with a more efficient way to manage members, clubs, events, notifications and communications — saving time and creating measurable results.

Beyond Technology

Building Community

Our partnership goes further than technical solutions. Brandfinity actively supports Swiss Marketing Léman, one of Swiss Marketing Associations’s most dynamic regional clubs in french part of Switzerland.

• Club’s management and event organisation with the networking option and follow up, by introducing new formats, marketing experience, creating a warm, more engaging networking atmosphere.
• Markathon initiative: project launched in partnership with university – UNIL EXEC EDUCATION TEAM and Francisco Castro Santos, blending education, innovation, and brands on collaboration with the same goal to inspire the next generation of marketing professionals, bring value to swiss market brands and improve the networking connections within the club.
