Brandfinity Sàrl

Last Updated: January 13, 2026

Brandfinity Sàrl is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how we handle data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP).

This policy is designed to be comprehensive and accessible, helping you understand exactly how we handle your data.

1. Who We Are (Identity of the Controller)

The data controller responsible for processing your personal data is:

Company Name: Brandfinity Sàrl

Address: Rte de Palézieux 121, 1618 Châtel-Saint-Denis, Switzerland

For any questions regarding this Privacy Policy or your data rights, please contact us at the address above or through the contact methods provided on our website.

2. Our Technical Configuration & No-PII Policy

We have implemented strict technical measures to protect your privacy:

No Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Transmission: Our analytics tools (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity) are configured to prevent the transmission of any personally identifiable information. This means these tools do not collect data that could directly identify you as an individual.

IP Address Anonymization: With the exception of services provided by Apollo.io (see the dedicated section below), all IP addresses collected via our analytics tools (notably Google Analytics 4) are masked and anonymized immediately upon collection. We do not store or process full IP addresses for these services. To learn more about how data is processed by Apollo.io, please refer to the Sales Intelligence section.

Privacy by Design: These privacy protections are built directly into our technical infrastructure and operate automatically, ensuring your data is protected from the moment it’s collected.

3. How We Manage Your Consent

We use Biskoui, a Swiss-made consent management platform, to handle your privacy preferences. When you visit our website, you have control over which tracking technologies you allow.

Google Consent Mode v2 (Advanced Mode):

If you refuse consent: We send ‘cookieless pings’ to Google for aggregate measurement only. These signals do not use persistent cookies and cannot track you individually across websites.

If you grant consent: Persistent cookies are deployed to provide enhanced analytics and improve your experience. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the Biskoui settings icon on our website.

Your consent is stored for 12 months, after which you will be asked to review your preferences again.

4. Storage Technologies We Use

To provide our services and improve your experience, we use the following storage technologies:

Cookies: Small text files stored on your device that help us remember your preferences and measure website performance.

Session Storage: Temporary storage that exists only while you’re actively using our website and is deleted when you close your browser.

Local Storage: Persistent storage on your device that helps us remember your settings and preferences across visits.

5. Tools and Services We Use

We use various tools to operate our website, understand how visitors interact with our content, and communicate with potential customers. Here’s what we use and why:

Analytics Tools:

Google Analytics: Helps us understand website traffic patterns, user behavior, and content performance. Our Google Analytics 4 configuration is set up to prevent the transmission of any personally identifiable information (PII), ensuring your privacy is protected while we gather aggregate usage statistics.

Microsoft Clarity: Provides session recordings and heatmaps to help us improve website usability and user experience. All recordings are configured to mask sensitive information automatically, and no personally identifiable information is captured. These recordings help us identify technical issues and understand how to make our website easier to use. Session data is fully anonymized and stored securely.

Optimization:

Google Search Console: Monitors our website’s presence in Google search results and helps us optimize content for search engines.

Marketing and Remarketing:

Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Twitter, TikTok, and Quora: These pixels allow us to measure advertising performance and reach you with relevant content on other platforms. They help us understand which ads are effective and show you information about our services when you’re using these platforms.

You can opt out of personalized advertising through your browser settings or the Biskoui consent manager on our website.

Sales Intelligence:

Apollo.io: Used exclusively for B2B research to identify potential business partners and understand industry trends. This tool does not track individual website visitors.

Apollo.io is used to identify the corporate or institutional entities visiting our site by cross-referencing IP addresses against publicly available corporate databases. This process is designed to identify business-level interest and does not provide us with the personal identity, private home connection details, or specific contact information of any individual visitor.

Your Rights & Opt-Out: You can request the deletion of the record of your visit from our internal systems by contacting dpo@brandfinity.ch

To ensure your professional profile is removed from the third-party provider’s database entirely, please visit the Apollo.io Privacy Center to submit a formal removal request.

6. Automation and Reporting Systems

To operate efficiently and gain meaningful insights from our data, we use the following systems:

n8n: An internal workflow automation tool that helps us connect different systems and automate routine tasks. We use n8n’s cloud solution to streamline our operations.

Funnel.io: Centralizes data from various marketing platforms for unified reporting.

Google BigQuery, PowerBI, and Looker Studio: These reporting tools help us analyze aggregated data and create visualizations. They process anonymized, aggregate data only.

7. Lead Capture and Business Relationship Management

When you choose to contact us or request information through forms on our website, we collect and process the following information:

Information We Collect:

• Name

• Email address

8. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain different types of data for varying periods based on legal requirements and business needs:

Microsoft Clarity: Session recordings are retained for 30 days; heatmap data for 13 months

Biskoui (Consent Records): 12 months from the date consent was granted or modified

Business Records: Up to 10 years as required by the Swiss Code of Obligations for accounting, invoicing, and business correspondence

After these retention periods expire, data is either deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be linked to you.

9. International Data Transfers

Some of the tools we use are operated by companies located outside Switzerland. This means your data may be transferred to and processed in other countries, particularly the United States.

Countries Involved:

Data may be transferred to the United States for processing by the following service providers: Google (Analytics, Ads, Search Console), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Apollo.io, and ActiveCampaign.

Legal Safeguards:

To ensure your data remains protected when transferred internationally, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by Swiss authorities. These are legally binding contracts that require our service providers to maintain the same level of data protection required under Swiss law.

We carefully assess each service provider’s data protection practices and only work with companies that meet our privacy standards.

10. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them

Under Swiss data protection law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right of Access: You can request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy of that data.

Right to Correction: You can ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

Right to Deletion: You can request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

Right to Data Portability: You can request to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

Right to Object: You can object to certain types of data processing, particularly for marketing purposes.

How to Exercise Your Rights:

You can manage many of your privacy preferences directly through the Biskoui settings icon located on our website. For other requests or questions about your data rights, please contact us using the information provided in Section 1.

We will respond to your request within 30 days. If you believe we have not handled your personal data in accordance with Swiss law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
