5 year digital transformation strategy.

In 2019, following a workshop held the previous year, Hotela management asked Brandfinity to establish a 5 year strategy definition process.

During a series of workshops, conducted with the general management of the company, along with the 5 division heads and their specific department managers, Brandfinity helped define and subsequently embed a 5 year enterprise strategy. We also redefined the company’s vision and mission statement.

The strategy definition and action plan prioritisation was made with the help of design thinking methodologies utilising, to great effect, blue ocean strategy as a framework

The 5 year transformational strategy, including many digital transformation elements, was validated by the company board and all key associations for whom Hotela manages social insurances funds.
