Marketing Automation helps to streamline Communication Processes at the NCAcademy

Automating the marketing process can greatly simplify the daily routine of any company. Today we’re going to share with you about how we helped the NCAcademy to simplify their communication process with prospective and current students.

About the NCAcademy:

 The NCAcademy is an educational institution that offers distance learning to applicants, who wish to obtain a “brevet federal” in Switzerland in the following disciplines: HR Management, HR specialist,  Management and Technical-Management. At the NCAcademy, training is conducted in French, and is available on any electronic device (computer, smartphone or tablet). The advantages of the NCAcademy training courses are that students can work at their own pace and participate at times that are convenient for them.  Collaboration and Solution finding:

 To facilitate the customer interaction and experience processes at the NCAcademy, Brandfinity created and installed a marketing automation solution. The algorithm used in this solution is directly linked to the logic of mapped student behavior patterns and enables the automation to send emails and brochures automatically according to the student’s choice.  In addition, our solution also sends notifications to NCAcademy management to showcase the progress of the sales department.

In turn, the sales department can use our marketing solution to automatically track changes in the status of the leads (prospective students) in their sales pipeline, whilst automatically organising and streamlining their database. Our marketing automation solution is also tracking the progress of daily tasks and even enables the capture of key information from scheduled online consultations.

 Thanks to marketing automation, students can receive immediate responses to inquiries and related training information. This has facilitated the prospective student nurturing process at the NCAcademy.

 The advantages for management in using marketing automation are obvious: the facilitated implementation of internal corporate standards, improvement in the quality of correspondence, and  optimization of response time.
