Das beinhaltete die Erstellung von 20 Social Media Konten, wodurch gleichzeitig der Workflow innerhalb aller Social Studio Anwendungen erh\u00f6ht wurde. Als Anstoss zur besseren Neukundengenerierung verwaltete \u201cBrandfinity\u201c die Konnektivit\u00e4t von \u201eSalesforce Social Studio\u201c mit der \u201eSalesforce Service Cloud\u201c.
